You can get ClrMame from Roman Scherzer's page at:
http://titan.informatik.uni-bonn.de/~scherzer/

So how does this work?

Make a directory with ClrMamePro in it.
Unzip any of the following romset data files into your ClrMame directory.
Point ClrMame to the lists (read the documentation to find out how)

*** Your best bet is to "Rebuild files".  This will go through your roms and zipped roms and rename/re-zip based upon the CRC of each file.  A simple scan usually is not enough and yields bad results because my filename and your filename probably won't match (especially if you've been using 8.3 filenames). ***
